Dear Church,

Our deep desire is to be able to worship together in one place at the same time. We miss seeing everyone and want to be able to fellowship together. So we were very excited to announce last Sunday that we would all be meeting together in the same location. When reading the directives it seemed that we could meet with 50 people in each space of our building. Obviously we thought that was the best option for us as a church. However, there is another government directive which seems to contradict this option.

So in light of getting excited on Sunday that we would be able to welcome everyone back to the 1 service, we are going to have to postpone that for a short while. My apologies for any confusion caused.

So here is what we are going to be doing from this week until we can further review our options. We will hold 2 services at the church building this Sunday. Both of these will have full kids programs. If there is enough people who register for the first two services, we will add an extra service (an additional service will not have a kids program).

So what do we need you to do?

  1. Register for a service (link below) – Please don’t plan to stay home unless you are unwell. We have a service at 10am, and 11:30. If required we will add a service at 1pm.

  1. Bring your children – The kids team are excited and ready to gather again.
  2. Be ready to worship. Our services on Sunday were powerful! We will lift up the name of Jesus together.
  3. Coffee will be served before the 10am and after the 11:30am service.

There is also conflicting information regarding masks. However certain government directives require masks for church services where vaccination status is not checked.

We are super excited to gather with you to worship Jesus together. We hope that you are excited also. Ps Rachel and I thank you for your patience and understanding as we try to get this right for our church. We are also praying God’s peace to surround you right now.

“Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7 NLT
