Senior Pastors Derek & Grace BodycotePs Derek & Grace have been in full-time ministry for over twenty four years now, and have never lost their passion for the "Presence of the Holy Spirit and Prayer". Their earnest desire is to see the Holy Spirit bringing God's people into full liberty and maturity in God. Having extensively travelled the world to visit and experience revivals, this has put a hunger within them both which is the driving force to see this in their ministry. Derek & Grace have two wonderful children David and Leanne, as well as seven beautiful grand children who all live in Adelaide. 
Their ministry started in South Australia at Paradise Community Church, under the leadership of Pastor Andrew Evans followed by his son Pastor Ashley Evans. Most recently, Derek was a Senior Executive Pastor covering many portfolios within the church; these include Pastoral Care, New Christians Pastor over central church and campuses, Prayer Pastor over all staff, intercessors and congregation, and Bible School lecturer in Paradise College of Ministry. He was also the Senior Pastor of the Northern Campus. Derek's style of preaching is very prophetic and inspirational, and is always open to the leading of Holy Spirit at any given point during his ministry. Grace has been involved with Women's Home Groups, has oversighted the 'Healing Meetings' and 'Renewal Services'. She has an amazing way of communicating with any age group, to make them feel loved and accepted. Her graceful presence will lift up anyone, and is an asset to have in this region. |
