The Nine Non Negotiables of Successful Teamwork.

If you could unlock the full potential of your team imagine what could be achieved.

Tempo - determines the alignment of the team
Discover the importance of strategic positioning & team harmony by participating in a practical exercise in river rowing, and later discuss the good, bad & the ugly through group interaction and reflection.

Envisage - determines the creativity of the team
It is said 'teamwork makes the dream work' however, there must first be a worthy dream before mobilizing a team. Discover the excitement of brainstorming, creative and innovative thinking. Why be a copy in life when you can be an original.

Adaptable - determines the flexibility of the team
Harvard Business School professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter observed, "The individuals who will succeed and flourish will also be masters of change: adept at reorienting their own lives and others' activities in untried directions to bring about higher levels of achievement."

Morale - determines the confidence of the team
When morale is high, team members focus on the potential and not the problem. Strategies to morale building will inspire continued team momentum and motivation, ensuring that the team does not succumb to weariness in pursuit of the objectives.

Winning spirit - determines the personality of the team
You can't steal second base by keeping your foot on first, winning can often be about risk, a trust in each other, a commitment to being a relay team and not a lone sprinter. What separates a good team from a great team is a passion to succeed together.

Overcoming offenses - determines the relationships on the team
Few teams live out their lives without being confronted, challenged, undermined, or talked about inappropriately. Offenses are the unavoidable conditions of success; they are the ocean reefs that some teams run aground on while others sail around them unharmed. Discover the keys to effective communication skills and strategies to conflict management.

Recruit - determines the future of the team
Every successful team realises to continue progressing and succeeding, it will need to strengthen its side by enlisting new players. The army calls them reserves, football teams have a bench, a motor mechanic has an apprentice, Jesus has his disciples and so progressive teams require recruits.

Keep Improving - determines the proficiency of the team
Leadership expert Max DePree said “We cannot become what we need to be by remaining what we are.” Successful teams are constantly given to improving the way they do things, such teams continually add further value to their own life and their team’s effectiveness.

Scoreboard - determines the expectation of the team
Leadership guru John Maxwell says, “Your game plan tells you what you want to happen, but the scoreboard tells what is happening. Discover 5 keys to how a scoreboard can help you know when to review, reward, rejuvenate, remove or reposition your team players.
